No and Me

Set in contemporary Paris where Lou Bertignac, a thirteen year old girl with an IQ of 160, learns about love, life and growing up; when a homeless girl called ‘No’ comes into her life. Two worlds collide and with wit, compassion and her not inconsiderable intelligence, Lou wrestles with the problem of how to best help people forced to live on the streets like No.
